It has good transparency and can clearly observe the flow of food materials in the tube.
The price is relatively low and cost-effective. It is soft and light, easy to install and carry. But its use temperature range is relatively narrow, generally between -15℃ and 60℃. It is mainly used for liquid material transportation in food processing, such as filling pipes for beverages, soy sauce, vinegar, etc.
Food grade rubber hose
Made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber, it has good flexibility and wear resistance.
It has good oil resistance and water resistance, and can withstand the transportation of food liquids or semi-fluids under a certain pressure.
It has good sealing performance to prevent food material leakage.
However, the aging resistance of natural rubber hose is relatively weak. The performance of synthetic rubber hose varies according to different formulas. It is often used for material transportation in food processing, such as edible oil, honey, etc. It can also be used for connecting pipes of some food processing equipment.
