SAE 100 R15 steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose is suitable to deliver petroleum based hydraulic oils and it is also mainly used in high pressure working conditions. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from black oil resistant synthetic rubber, making it perform well in conveying petroleum based hydraulic oils. The reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile and high strength thick spiraled steel wire in alternating direction, making the hose have extremely high working pressure. Besides, the steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose can bear higher working pressure than steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose. Therefore, the hose performs well in very high pressure. The cover is made from high quality black synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cut, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight.
SAE 100 R15 Is Recommended For:
Extremely high pressure, high impulse hydraulic applications. This hose is designed to meet all the requirements of SAE 100R13 R15, EN 856 4SH, EN856 4SP and EN856 R13, EN856 R15. Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum based fluids.
Tube: Black and oil resident nitrile rubber
Reinforce: Four (six for 1-1/4”, 1-1/2” and 2”) alternating layers of spiraled, high tensile steel wire.
Cover: Black and oil resistant nitrile rubber
Temperature Range: -40℉ to +250℉ (-40℃ to +121℃)

Before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material

Each hose is tested 2 times on working pressure.

Packing:
After the production, we will pack the hydraulic hose. In general, the packing could be woven bag and plastic film. Special packing is available on your demand.
