1. Keep clean and ventilated. The relative humidity is below 80%, and the temperature in the warehouse should be kept between -15 and +40°C. In addition, avoid direct sunlight and rain and snow on the rubber hose.
2. Place them separately according to different varieties and spes, and do not mix them. And mark them for access.
3. Store them in a relaxed state as much as possible. Generally, hoses with an inner diameter of less than 76mm can be stored in coils. However, the inner diameter of the coil should not be less than 15 times the inner diameter of the hose.
4. In order to prevent the hose body from being compressed and deformed during storage, the stacking should not be too high. Generally, the stacking height should not exceed 1.5m. In addition, the hose should be “turned over” frequently during storage. Generally, not less than once every quarter.
5. When storing hoses, they should not come into contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents or other corrosive liquids and gases. And they should be 1m away from the heat source.
6. During the storage of the hose, it is strictly forbidden to stack heavy objects on the hose body. And prevent external extrusion and damage.
7. The storage period of hoses should generally not exceed two years. And the first-in-warehouse should be used first to prevent the quality of hoses from being affected by long storage.
8. If the storage measures are appropriate, the storage life can reach 3-5 years. Beyond this time, the service life of the hose will be greatly reduced.
9. It should be stored in the original container and not stacked too high. Otherwise, its own weight will crush the bottom hose.
10. It is recommended to visually inspect and test hoses that have been stored for a long time before using them. Hoses that are judged to be in poor condition should be replaced to avoid failure, property damage or personal injury. Warehouses should be managed on the principle of first-in-first-out.
11. Regular inspection and maintenance. If aging or damaged hoses are found, they should be replaced in time.
