Siltation
Siltation inside the pipeline will lead to poor flow and reduce the pipeline’s conveying capacity. It may even cause concrete hose blockage. When the silt accumulates too much and affects the normal operation of the pipeline, it needs to be cleaned and repaired.
Scaling
After long-term use, scale may form on the inner wall of the pipeline. This will reduce the cross-sectional area and increase the flow resistance. If the scaling is serious and the flow rate reduces a lot, you need to remove the scaling.
Corrosion
Concrete hose may be corroded during use. Especially in some media containing corrosive substances, the corrosion rate of the pipeline may accelerate. When obvious corrosion marks appear on the inner wall of the hose, you should repair it or make anti-corrosion treatment.
Abnormal pressure
If abnormal fluctuations in the pressure in the pipeline are found, such as sudden increase or decrease in pressure, it may mean that the pipeline has local blockage, rupture or other problems. At this time, you need inspect the hose and repair it to restore the normal pressure state.
Abnormal flow
When the actual flow is significantly lower than the designed flow, it means that the pipeline may be blocked, leaking or have other problems that affect the flow of cement. The you should find out the cause of the abnormal flow and solve it.
